Here is an easy apple cake recipe that my mother has been making for years. Dare I say that it rivals pumpkin bread as a favorite fall dessert? I do. It does. Whatever! Try it!
This cake is unbelievably moist due to the addition of a can of apple pie filling. And the crumb topping gives it a satisfying crunch…I’m telling you, it’s simply delicious! Plus, it smells heavenly when you are baking it. You can add nuts, but I never do. I think it is perfect without them!
Enjoy the recipe below!
Until next time,
