Hello everyone! If you’ve been following along on Facebook, you may have noticed that we hit a HUGE milestone this week…5,000 Facebook fans! When I rebranded my little blog to become an honest-to-goodness KID blog back on February, I had about 200 fans. Now, six months later, I am actually starting to feel like a “real” blogger, (whatever that means), mostly because of all of the wonderful support and encouragement from the Twodaloo community! You all have challenged and inspired me to keep posting about our activities and the highs and lows of loving, creating, learning, and exploring right along side my little ones.
Although blogging is about WAY more than just numbers for me, it does feel wonderful to know that so many people are enjoying our posts enough to seek us out in the virtual community. And Facebook allows me to connect instantly with many of you in a way that’s tough to do otherwise…sometimes fan emails go to spam so I’m glad there are other ways for us to chat with each other.

Now, before I completely dissolve into a puddle of mush, I’ve got something special up my sleeve…the 5 for 5,000 Giveaway! I have 5 sets of these Five Little Pumpkins Felt Finger Puppets, handmade by me, all ready to ship out to 5 lucky winners! These little guys were a big hit with my kiddos last year and can be used to encourage early literacy skills, pretend play, and identifying emotions- plus they are just too darn cute for words!
