Yesterday the twins and I (and our beloved Mimi) had our second annual trip to the pumpkin patch with our playgroup. Of course, I could not resist the urge to make some new outfits for my own little punkins, especially since I had some new Riley Blake chevron fabric chillin’ in my stash!
Miss Tootie sported a pumpkin swing top with matching ruffled leggings.
And a pair of crooked pigtails with some new jack-o’-lantern bows.
Little Man got a new applique’d long-sleeved tee to wear while chattin’ up the ladies.
And a sweet smile to top it off
While we were there, we spotted another little friend wearing a Twodaloo outfit!
We picked out some pumpkins,
took a swim in the witch’s brew,
and drove a tractor or two. We even went on our first hayride and braved the bouncy house!
Toots did her best to kiss every pumpkin there.
Considering how big pumpkin fields were, it was a big job But if anyone can do it, she can!
Just for fun, I found some pictures of the babies a year ago.
It’s amazing how much they have changed!
Would you like to make your own pumpkin applique? To make it a little easier on you, I am uploading my pumpkin and leaf pattern for you to download. Feel free to use however you would like…appliques, crafts, whatever! It’s nothing fancy (just a freehand by yours truly), but it gets the job done! Click the link below to download.

I absolutely love with your daughter’s chevron pumpkin shirt! It’s adorable! That would be perfect for my two girls. Guess I need to save it for next year. I’m pinning it so I remember. I’m also your newest follower on FB, pinterest, and twitter. And I have a link party going on right now if you’re interested!
